This is the restart of the ELLA blog with the focus as The Little Horse Detective Agency TM.  Previous posts about past ELLA activities, etc.... have been deleted. See ELLA's FACEBOOK page for more information about activities, events, and what is happening on the Mini Ranch. We are in the process of creating a new ELLA website but until then our old website: www.horseforliteracy.com is still available to view.

WHO and WHAT is The Little Horse Detective Agency TM

WHO: The Agency is comprised of all the equines residing at Blessing Way Mini Ranch and Sanctuary.  This includes all the miniature horses, miniature donkeys, a mini mule, and three large horses (2 of which are adopted BLM mustangs),and three Nubian/Mini Nubian goats who are companions to our blind mini.

WHAT do they do as "Detectives"? They seek out and find interesting things about the Wild West, Colorado History, and Bible History to share in various fun ways.
They will be "hot on the trail" of good books for children and teens to read (shared as book reviews).  They also hope to include some posts about historical places that would be fun to visit and enjoy as a family.  And we might share some posts from previous Little Horse Detective Agency articles that were written for the newspaper publications, High Plains Rider and Prairie Times.
